Rita Layton ACA, CA(NZ)
Audit and accounts manager
Rita understands the practicalities of running a business, having had hands-on experience as a financial controller working in industry. She has extensive experience in all aspects of the preparation and audit of financial statements for SMEs. Rita’s expertise includes management accounting, company secretarial matters, taxation and helping clients develop their financial reporting systems.
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand in 1987 and following her move to the UK in the early 1990s became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Rita’s hobbies include genealogy, walking, squash, music and cinema. She is an avid sports fan and in particular enjoys watching rugby (except the All Blacks during the last World Cup!), football and cricket.
