Terry Wright FCCA CTA

Partner

A qualified accountant and chartered tax adviser, Terry states his key professional objective is “to become a valued and trusted adviser to my clients.”

Joining Vale & West in 2018, Terry has over 25 years’ experience across Thames Valley business sectors, having previously worked for Big Six, Top Twenty and other local accountancy firms, along with a year’s secondment within industry.

Terry specialises in working with owner-managed businesses to assist with their accounting and tax affairs. He also has a good deal of experience in providing bespoke outsourced solutions for UK businesses and inward investors, including full management reporting, management accounting, VAT Return preparation and payroll solutions.

At Vale & West he is also responsible for delivering year-end financial statements and corporation tax compliance for a varied portfolio of clients.

Outside of work Terry is a member and the Treasurer of Reading Professionals for Barnardo’s committee, which regularly stages charitable fundraising events. He is also Treasurer for a local All-Girls football Club.

Married with two children, Terry is a keen fan of many sports, although he admits to “enjoying watching sport more than being able to play it at a decent standard!”
