Outsourcing Supervisor

Rabiah joined Vale and West in November as an Outsourcing Supervisor, bringing strong experience in management accounts, client support, and mentoring junior staff. She enjoys helping clients gain clear financial insight and takes pride in delivering reliable, timely reporting. Passionate about building meaningful relationships and improving processes, Rabiah is committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment.

Outside of work, Rabiah is family-oriented and loves travelling, discovering new experiences, and enjoying great food with loved ones. Her creative side comes through in her interest in film photography and other artistic hobbies, where she finds joy in capturing meaningful moments.
